First Impressions

I love this quote from Chanel, but I think it applies to both men and women. So, I'm going to give you the same advice my mother gave me after I graduated college:

It is your life and you can dress however you choose.  But you need to be aware that people will treat you differently depending on what you wear.  It is the human condition to try to quickly assess and understand the world around us.  Humans tend to make snap judgments based on what they see.  So choose what you want, but know what you're choosing.

I wanted to include a quick video that goes more in depth why what you wear matters.  It's a great listen and I took a couple good notes from her as well, so even if you're already a believer in first impressions, it's worth a listen.
